"Flashlight" is a song by English recording artist Ellie Goulding from Halcyon Days (2013), the reissue of her second studio album, Halcyon (2012). The song was written by Dan Stein, The Invisible Men and Ellie Goulding, while production was handled by DJ Fresh and The Invisible Men. A reworked edition will be released on September 28 2014 as the fourth single from Halcyon Days. It appeared as track number 20 in Halcyon Days.

In an interview with Capital FM on 9 February 2014, DJ Fresh revealed that he and Goulding had recorded a new version of the song "Flashlight" for single release later in 2014. The release date was announced on the same day the audio was released on SoundCloud and Youtube which was the 17th of July 2014. It was later revealed that the song would also have an accompanying music video. The song was then immediately played on 'Zane Lowe's Hottest Record'.

The song's peak 47[1] so far on the UK Charts dropped to 76 the 2nd week on the chart.
